How fast can you pick up my items?

We typically offer same-day or next-day pickup in our core service area (Indianapolis metro, Greenwood to Carmel, Plainfield to New Palestine). Call before noon and there is a great chance we will be at your door that same day.

Do I need to be home for the pickup?

For free pickups of items outside or in the garage, no — we offer fully contactless service. Just place the items where we can access them and we will text you when the job is done. For inside removal or paid services, someone should be available.

What forms of payment do you accept for paid services?
