Unlike scrap metal and metal appliances, these items either contain hazardous materials that require specialized processing (like freon in refrigerators or lead in TVs), need special disposal that costs money, or simply do not have enough metal value to cover the cost of pickup. Our fees are transparent, competitive, and among the lowest in Indianapolis. We never add hidden charges or surprise fees.
Preparation Tips
- ✓ Disconnect the appliance from all water, gas, and electrical connections before our arrival.
- ✓ Clear a path from the appliance to the nearest exit -- move furniture, rugs, and obstacles out of the way.
- ✓ Let us know if any doors in the home need to be removed for the appliance to fit through ($20 per door).
- ✓ Measure doorways and stairways if possible -- this helps us determine if disassembly is needed.
- ✓ Note: Treadmills must be outside or in the garage. We do not remove treadmills from inside.
